AET Turbos will dispatch this turbo subject to availability the same day, if order is received before 3pm and payment has been made.
Unless stated in the product description above, all units are on an exchange basis. To arrange collection of the old unit after fitment of the new, just give us a call and we can organise that for you. If your old unit has not been returned to us within 30 days there is a surcharge for the old core of £200 + VAT.
We offer a full delivery and collection service from only £25 + VAT to mainland UK. Additional charges may apply if you are outside of the UK.

ISO Guarantee
Turbo quality has been at the forefront of every decision we have ever made, a fact that was recognised in 1990 when we became the first British turbo remanufacturing company to be awarded the ISO 9001 certification. Today, it still remains the case, and that is why we carry out work for the majority of the OE manufacturers. We were responsible for the design of many of their quality system processes. From the design of our rigorous testing processes, to the choice of our brand partners, we are committed to delivering the very highest standard of quality of turbos, spares and advice to our customers.
ISO 9001 is an international Standard that acts as your guarantee that you will receive the same level of quality assurance and service from AET as you would do if you were dealing directly with the manufacturer.
Warranty
All our turbo units except competition units carry a 12-month warranty. AET Turbos recommend fitting a new oil feed pipe and the use of high quality synthetic/semi-synthetic oil, which should be changed according to manufacturer’s recommendations or every 6,000 miles if no guidance is available. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt / invoice or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
(a) Services, once these have been completed, even if the cancellation period is still running;
(b) any Products (i) which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery; (ii) which are bespoke items or 'special orders', which includes any CNC machined turbos/parts along with unique turbo builds.
