Agriculture/Commercial/Marine Turbo Repairs

Turbo repairs for Agricultural, Commercial and Marine Vehicles

Repairing turbochargers is the most cost-effective way of dealing with failed agricultural, commercial and marine turbos. The reason is that, in addition to getting the turbo fixed (often to a higher standard than OE), you also find out why it failed.

Turbo failure is often due to another mechanical fault, and not a defect in the turbocharger itself. So, by finding out the root cause of the issue, you can take action to prevent it from happening again.

Our engineers will conduct a full diagnostic analysis in order to ascertain why it failed. We will share our results with you, offer a solution to prevent further failures, and give you a fixed quotation to repair the turbo. We hold 99% of turbo parts in stock, so once you have given us the go-ahead, we can carry out the repair within 48 hours. A 24-hour service is also available at extra charge.

Turbo Parts

AET authority in agricultural, commercial and marine turbochargers also extends to new and re-manufactured parts and spares, of which we stock an extensive range for all makes. From core assemblies and thrust bearings to O-rings and piston rings, we have parts for all of the latest models. In addition, if you require a part that the original manufacturer doesn’t sell, we can source it or in some cases manufacture  it for you. In the case of the latter, these parts are often uprated, with any original weakness ‘engineered out’.

We also have an excellent reputation for holding parts for many old and out-of-production units for the following manufacturers: Garrett, KKK, Schwitzer, Borg Warner, Holset, IHI, Mitsubishi, Toyota, ABB, KBB, Napier.

We can also offer new and reconditioned genuine Napier spares for the following model ranges: MS-100/200/300, SA-85/105, CO-45.
